I used Patterson Taxi Inc for rides to and from JFK. I am very happy with the quality of service and personalized approach with text communication. Patterson Taxi was flexible and accommodated a timely pick up in spite of my delayed return flight. They were ready to be at the pick up spot at the airport within minutes of me reaching out. Last year in the early days of the pandemic, I moved from Connecticut to New York and needed to be transported to and from the DMV repeatedly while trying to transfer my drivers license and car registration. Enrique and Maria not only picked me up and drove me to and from my appointments, but easily managed my walker and returned me home with good humor and sensitivity to my needs.
